This course provides an overview of a monthly interprofessional case conference for health professions trainees supported by the Eastern Colorado Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC). The conference enables trainees from audiology, pharmacy, psychology, social work, speech language pathology, physical therapy and geriatric medicine to share and discover expertise and resources to enhance their practices when providing care to older Veterans and care partners. This course is presented in partnership with the Association of VA Audiologists (AVAA).
Please note: You may earn ABA Tier 1 credits for this course if you complete it as part of course 38004, "Current Topics in the VA Healthcare System, in partnership with AVAA." ABA Tier 1 CEUs can be earned only when all modules are completed as part of course 38004.

Kathryn (Kady) is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine, School of Medicine, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Center on Aging. Kady also serves as the Associate Director for Education and Evaluation for the Eastern Colorado Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC). Kady holds a PhD in the health and behavioral sciences and a masters degree in medical and applied anthropology, both from the University of Colorado.
