This course will walk through a variety of recent technological developments, occurring in this industry and in ancillary industries, that pertain to hearing aids. We’ll then take a look at the implications of what’s transpired to understand what’s on the horizon for tomorrow’s hearing aids.

In this paper, we report on an investigation regarding the relationship between the level of TeleCare user engagement, measured by the number of interactions with some of the key features during the first weeks of hearing aid use, and the subsequent decision made by the wearer on whether to keep the hearing aids following their initial purchase decision.
